This process along with all other processes in the body are facilitated by a healthy brain and nervous system. This is where chiropractic comes in. The intention behind all chiropractic care is to reorganise the nervous system towards a state of health and mobility, either through a physical adjustment or through soft touch.
At Imbali chiropractic we use Insight scans to assess your nervous system so that we can put together a personalised care plan which is neurologically focused to help you reach your optimal health and potential.
About Your Chiropractor
Dr Debbie Lester(Harmon)
Dr Debbie Lester(Harmon) was born and raised in Durban, South Africa. She left South Africa at the age of 18 to travel and when she returned started her studies in chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg where she qualified in 2012 and opened her own practice in Johannesburg before being offered an opportunity to move to Ireland in 2016.
Debbie has a special interest in sports and nutrition and enjoys training and participating in triathlons in her spare time. She is also skilled in a variety of soft tissue techniques including dry needling which is used to treat myofascial trigger points.
Debbie is also a member of the Chiropractic Association of Ireland.
